By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Business owners are responsible for the roles and permissions they grant to team members.
You agree not to use the platform to store or process unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.
You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the platform — products, sales, customer records, and financial data. We act only as the operator of the system storing that data on your behalf.
The AI Business Assistant feature, when enabled, sends the prompts you submit (along with a summary of relevant business data) to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI or Google Gemini) using an API key you supply and control. Use of that provider's service is subject to its own terms, and you are responsible for any usage costs billed by that provider.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may occasionally affect service.
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
